Pen tool? You've got the patience of a saint... lol...

Sleeping bear looks good.

Add a bit more detail to the grass/background. And darken the shadows a bit more on the bear to make it stand out a bit.

Tnx mate.. this was just first try of using pens.. i need better idea for using it ;)
tnx on advice ;)

Agent:for blending i use two shades of same color then smudge..
barnnet: i know what you think but i dont know how to make it more realistic..

This looks EPIC! Must have taken a loonnnggg time to make! Nice work there, and nice idea to smudge two colors together :)

Now, some tips...

-Try and improve the sun... This one isn't really round
-Add a shadow to the bear... currently it looks like it's flying! :P

The shadow could be where you thought to make it more realistic, but couldn't get how to...
It happened to me a lot when I copy-pasted people to different backgrounds, I forgot the shadow a first few time.

i dont wanna mess around with this pic i will make something better.. this was just first time and i wanna show it to you mates ;)

Like I said, your doing pretty well with the pen tool.

Here's a thought ..... you said sketching. Pen and Paper? Then why not scan your sketches, touch up the drawing in PS by converting the drawing to a work path and smoothing the lines.

Then color in Photoshop.
