This is a wonderful retouching job imperiall.
Though the skin tones, lips, eyes and headband are oversaturated.
I made these color adjustments, and also corrected her jawline, her nose and her ear a little.

The eyebrows are there its just that they have a skim coat of plaster over them...you can see where you smoothed them out.

A perfect opportunity to bring them back to the top!

Get the 'chisel' tool out and start chipping away!

Good job on the rest though...nice.

I really like how you did her eyes, they are gorgeous!
But I wouldn't know how to bring back the eyebrows. Maybe I would look for similar brows and blend them into her face.
Overall great work, but maybe a bit to "Barbie like" for my taste. But that's always a personal preference.

My version with natural eyebrows. Made some adjustments to her nose, mouth, jawline and skin color.

Chris, this is a valiant effort, but I think this image is beyond repair even for you! Did you start with the original?

No Sam, I didn't start with the original, sorry I forgot to mention this in my post. She is far to ugly for my taste to waste a lot of retouching time. Just wanted to add some real eyebrows, but having done that I couldn't stop playing around some more.

Wow. Great results. But some of the after pictures look too real. Especially the chin area is hard to get right
