Hi Gurus!
I've been playing with Photoshop for about a year to enhance my still photography but I've embarked on a new project of sorts, one in multiple dimensions!
You see, I've been trying to create box art icons for some old xbox games. I have the box art cover and an image of a game box in 3d, all I want to do is scale the image down and turn it onto the box
Here is an example of one already done.

Now, here is what I have to wrap over it, the original art.

I have thought about cropping the front of it out, saving that to its own file. Then cropping the middle border to its own file. Then taking the 3d image and simple turning the front cover to fit and scaling as neccessary, then doing the same with the little border. The back won't be used at all.
I guess I'm just kind of stuck on how I can grab the cropped front and rotate it onto the old boxart and save over it. I have about 25 of these to do, which shouldn't be a problem once I do it once.
I'm running CS6 so I know I have literally every tool at my disposal needed, just not used to this kind of image editing, I'm more accustomed to working with colors and contrast.
Any suggestions would be graciously accepted!
Thank you!
