Pick up brush tool and select the desired width of the brush.
Use pen tool to create a random path. Right click and select 'Stroke Path'

In the dialog box, select brush and check the 'stimulate pressure' checkbox

Add the desired Outer glow and Inner glow(if required) and it is done..
