Specific Simple but a bit creative request

Hi all,
Here's the story.
I am from Palestine and my fiance is from Lebanon.
So I would like to make a car sticker to show that. (cliche' i know).
For Palestine, we have a national symbol called Handala (pic attached), while for Lebanon, it's the Arz tree (Lebanese Cedar) (Attached the symbol and Lebanon flag).
So, I am thinking of having Handala holding hands with the tree (the Lebanese flag to be also drawn in the tree, taking its full shape, like when a country's flag is drawn on its map).
Handala shape to stay the same, only his right arm to be redrawn. And the tree, to show that it represents a female (maybe to have a feminine arm or something).
Any other ideas revolving around the same idea is welcome also.

The problem maybe is that you need someone who can draw, there's some in this forum but of course limits the entrys on the post.
