Can anyone please direct me to a tutorial to make texture like this ... highly appreciated

I would use the Rectangle Tool, Pen Tool, the Brush Tool, and a layer style.

Below was created very fast for the demo...........you take your time! I'm off to work! If I have time this evening, I will make a better step by step.

Create a rectangle with the Rectangle Tool....this is a shape tool and has a path that can be manipulated!
Distort with Pen Tool or Direct Selection Tool by adding and manipulating anchor points.


Lower fill to 0%
Add layer style bevel and emboss
Add layer stye Inner shadow


On a new layer, make a selection of the rectangle.
Use Brush Tool to shade.


Without the grey BG. (Highlights could be much stronger....I don't have time at the moment to work on this!)
