I am trying to shoot, crop and resize multiple shoes for a website and they should all be in the same location so when people click thru them they stay in the same location on the website - does anyone have any idea's how to do this ?

Use tripod and fixed zoom. set the lighting and the rest. use white and matte background.
put the shoes at the same place.
due to the shoes size and the angle it will be impossible to have them all fit the same frame, but in post-production you may use guidelines to make them all at least same length.

open your image
if rulers are not shown hit ctrl+R
leftclick-drag into image to make horizontal or vertical guidelines.

in your particular case i would make a blank "template"image, make the guidelines and then drag-drop one by one images of the shoes onto it and then make them fit the same size.
