Shiny "Chromatic" Effect

I am trying to achieve this effect on Photoshop. I tried searching for tutorials and keywords but I could not find any.

Hope anyone can help me out Really appreciate whatever input from you guys.

Yeah sorry but I don't. This is the only example I can find. I believe it's a shiny paper material with iridescent effect.

I managed to come out with interesting effect from it!

Yup took awhile to get the colors all right. I’m happy with how it turns out.
