Specific Sharpen the picture of the Contractor's note so it's readable

Hi,

I took a picture of the note that a contractor wrote with additional things that I wanted to be done on my house with prices, which he condensed and transfer them over to the contract immediately after. Now the contractor is saying most of the things that I wanted to be done wasn't quoted because it's not specifically written on the contract. It was taken with iPhone 6s using the zoom in from like around 1/2 to 1 foot away and it was taken in a hurry. It would be great if it can be sharpened so I can see everything/words on the picture, but if it's just a few words here and there getting the point across will be good too. Please help me.

I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news but there are simply not enough pixels to sharpen the text...
 
Is this the original image from your phone or did you modify it. If it is not please post original.

I have attached both of the pictures below. One was the one that I took originally and another is the one that I was playing around to edit it, but I thought I didn't save any edits. Thanks!
