HI guy's.
Been working on trying achieve an ink drawing effect without using any drawing filters (a personal style so to speak). :banghead: I know the 'scream' thing has been done to death but it's the sort of messy ink style that I'm after.
Please, comments are welcomed.

Cheers

Yeah cool attempt, i agree with Max though the ink spots do stand out to much, great effort though mate.

if you set the clone brush to about 25% soft edge brush and just brush over the ink it will get a more subtle result I just played with and I know it is not my place to say but if you clone out the ink like i said then duplicate the layer go to filter>high pass and set the filter to approx 3 so just the edges are showing on all grey click ok and then set that layer blending to mode to overlay it brings back some sharpness whilst keeping the blurry effect but that is personal preference I guess but a cool pic none the less

Cheers all and thanks for the comments. It's a good thing I placed the ink splatters on a separate layer, (Yeah). It's always a problem, when you've gone to far, over worked and thought something. It's always been one of my problems and that's why I save multiple psd files.

Cheers...
