Scratch Disk

Hi,



I am using Adobe Photoshop CS4

Currently in the performance option my scratch disk is set on my c drive which only has 50gb left

Is it ok to set it to my external hard drive, which has 150gb storage left?



I also am running windows vista ultimate with 4gb ram

Can anyone assist me please?
