Save for web and devices

The dialog window which opens as I click save for web & devices appear in french which I don't understand. All the rest functions appear in english. I replaced several files of save for web.8be which are located in the directory: plug ins\import export but all of them were french.
Is there any way to correct it? I have PS CS3.

try UI text Options Preferences >interface>UI TEXT OP
NO IDEA BUT ONLY THING i can think of
