hi everyone
i was wondering iif photoshop could do the same trick like illustrator
i mean the fact that when you draw a curve , illustrator automatically fix the drawing
photoshop don't do that , is there a way to make the same thing with our favorite software??

thanks y'all

I'm not exactly sure what your referring to, you may have to explain a little better. But my initial answer is no, Ps will not make automatic corrections when using the Pen Tools. However, the Magnetic Lasso Tools selection will cling to high contrast objects within an image.

ok too bad , i will have to draw in illustrator then to get a clean picture
i don't know how you do guys to draw in photoshop without this feature though..

thanks

What tool in illustrator are you using? What do you mean by drawing? Can you post a screen shot?

i don't know the pantbrush tool for example
for drawing i mean drawing designs, pictures , animals , things like that , everything that comes in mind
i draw for making tshirts btw
i don't have a screen shot right now , but you get the idea i think..

but you get the idea i think..
No, not really.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with Ai, and it can be used for "drawing" especially vector drawing. Ai's brush tool is basically a freeform path tool that strokes it's path with a library of textures. Photoshop also has this feature using the Freeform Pen Tool and stroking the path with a brush. The huge difference is that one program creates vector based graphics while the latter creates rastor based graphics.

Depending on what type of drawing you're wanting to create, something like THIS PAINTING, which is done using Photoshop, or something like this VECTOR PAINTING which is done with Illustrator.

Photoshop has been successfully used as a digital drawing and painting platform for many years now and may be much better suited for what you're trying to do.

ok thanks for everything; i checked on yt and as a matter of fact you can do amazing things with ps
the only thing that differs here is the vector thing , which can be cool when it comes to enlarge the drawing , ps is not so good with its stupid pixels
otherwise it's absotuletly insane what one can do with ps
