Hello,

I want to create this kind of rounded rectangle shape, with two thinner corners. Is there a simple way to do it in Photoshop?

Thanks in advance for any help!

Here's one quick and easy way to do that ... may need a bit of trial and error to get a look you like.

Use the Rounded Rectangle Tool with a Radius setting of 60px (depending how you want the corners) to create the shape.

Transform/Horizontal Warp distort it to your liking.

Duplicate the layer image and fill with another color.

Resize and transform the shape in the counter direction you used to create/horizontal warp the original.

If you need that as a useable complete shape on another image, CTRL+click the layer icon of the duplicated layer, hide the layer, select the image layer underneath and hit delete......

In case your wondering ...... my duplicate layer is locked so the transparent pixels are not affected by the white color fill.

Another option is to simply vertical flip the duplicate and transform resize without the horizontal distorting to fit inside the original shape. This move will replicate your sample more closely if you prefer that look.
