After Effects Rotoscoping - Frustrated!

I'll make this short-and-sweet.

When I get what I want roto'd, and it looks perfect...I go to render my scene and at a few frames a section of the background pops in. When I go back into the workspace and find those specific frames...nothing is wrong with them. The background is roto'd out, the scene looks perfect. The problem only occurs after I render.

I've spent nearly three hours trying to fix this seemingly simple issue, and I'm frustrated as hell! Any suggestions?

Are you using the rotobrush and if so do you hit freeze before rendering?

Yes I am using the rotobrush, but I'm not hitting a 'freeze' button. I'll have to look into that!

Well whatever the 'freeze' button does worked! I need to read into these things more before trying to dive head-first Thanks a million
