Specific Ring on a finger

Hello!
Can someone make me one photo from 2?
I need to put a ring on a finger and i really don't know how. And i want it to look very real.
I need the ring from the photo on the middle finger of her hand.
Can help me?

This is the best I could do. The image of the woman is low-resolution and has a lot of distortion and noise. I enlarged her 3x in order to not shrink the ring down to where you can barely see it, but even so, you can barely see it unless you zoom in.
