right all i have made a fast layout in photoshop with the kinda box i woul dlike to use but im no good at this sort of thing and was hoping some one out here give me a hand on this and the photoshop side of things to please ??

image attached its basics thats all i wanted to design not looking for it to be coded just help making the sizes ect correct in photoshop because i have no clue what im doing PM ME if intrested please

just wanna get the basics done first mate like the actly layout right in photoshop do you call it a "skelete layout " dunno if i posted in the right area tbh new to all this
 
What Vafann linked to is a good example of wireframing (IE. making your design look like a plan for a website or an application). The sizes of your web elements are relatively irrelevant, as you'd "slice" (turn any necessary design-element into a separate image and fit it into HTML/CSS code) it when making a website out of it.

Really, what you have already is adequate to create a working layout with HTML/CSS, and putting it up as a website - no need to further specify sizes in Photoshop unless you want them fixed at something specific.
