Hi all. I just got my new rig and I wanted to see how well it performs with my graphic programs. I put these fractal works together this morning, on a whim. I call this set RGB Tryptic. Now, I take a slightly different approach to wallpaper creation. While I strive to maintain the ability for my works to be used as desktop wallpapers in a functional sense, my foremost goal is to create a work that can be appreciated when you step back and view it on a large screen. I hope I have achieved this to some degree with this set.

Feel free to use these as your backgrounds. I set mine on a 10 second rotation and they look great on my 27" LED monitor. Enjoy the full view if nothing else!

Edit: Why do the previews look so horribly compressed on this site? Am I doing something wrong?

IDK why that is, but it is. Maybe on a really large screen they would look better, but even viewed on my 23 inch screen, they have a number of compression results. If you enlarge them by clicking on them, this disappears. Hopefully, most people know that. It's always troublesome to me when members post small images that can't be enlarged. Maybe that's the extent of it. I expect that from freebie requests, but I hope people aren't wasting extensive photoshopping on small, low res images.

I have noticed this with all images uploaded to PSG. I am guessing this is meant to reduce bandwidth usage, which is understandable. Bandwidth costs money. Would be a nice touch to add a banner on top of the image that says to click for view. Other forums have this feature and it helps to let anyone viewing an image know that the preview image is not representative of the actual quality.
