I have noticed a lot of members are into the retouch side of Photoshop, great stuff love it my self - it is also a good way to learn tools in the box, as no one way is the correct way.
So i thought how about we all have a go at the same image and do our own thing/version to it.

This is a free to use image - so go for it.

That looks really good Paul. The only thing I would have done different is maybe a different sky color for some contrast. Also I apologize for the earlier incident. My fingers started typing before my common sense had a chance to kick in and I completely overreacted.

No worries mate, waters down stream now.
I actually added no colour to the sky i totally forgot about it lol.

Well if you choose to do so, it's going to be a pain to separate and re-color at that resolution. Unless you have a great selection technique for something like that I don't know about. :)

Looks like you're having a good workout with the brushes, Manda.

Needs a bit more touch-up along the clothing edges most especially the woman's skirt and right arm sleeve..

Perhaps desaturating the background just a bit .

Manda are you doing each colour on it's own layer, if not you should be gives greater control when it comes to blending and layering of colours/shades/textures.
