Personally I prefer....
"Admission for our next academic session is open with limited seats available".

Tho I don't know how you term it in your area.... shouldn't it be ACADEMIC SEMESTER rather than SESSION?

Rather than just a plain crest emblazoned with Admission Open, can't you use the institution's logo or crest with that line underneath?.

Use larger and bolder text for the main message.

Try to phrase it like this ... with emphasis on ADMISSION and IS OPEN.....

ADMISSION
FOR OUR NEXT
ACADEMIC SESSION
IS OPEN
with limited seats available
