A Reupload of the ford focus (forgot to remove the link), and a new one, Volkswagen Golf Mark IV.

Now on the volkswagen i'm not sure on the neon, what do you guys think?

If you're pertaining to the neon glow underneath, it's a bit too much. Even at night , it won't be that spread out and will retain some dark area under the chasis.....

The tire rims on the volks look off...

Thanks dv8_fx I thought I saw something on the rims too but I thought it was just me, also I'll try to subtle out the neon, maybe that makes it more realistic. Thanks for the feedback!

If it were a night scene the neon will be brightest directly underneath the car with a soft glow spreading outwards...... As a day scene, the glow isn't that bright and spread wouldn't be noticeable much. .... just saying....

The carbon bonnet looks stuck on the golf, also those wheels would never turn a corner in those arches:mrgreen:

Agree with Paul....the carbon,,,just isn't ??? I aslo agree that the clearance is tight....BUT it looks killer!

Thanks everyone for the comments and feedback, I have removed the neon in this update and tried to make the wheelarches a little wider. Please take note that this is the first time I made them wider so any tips would be awesome! The carbon bonnet has not changed, i'm trying to figure out how to make it look better.

The front doesn't look right.....

Look at the original image..... Do you see how the hind part of the front tire is coming out of the wheelwell because of the hard left steering? Even if you used wider tires with lowered suspension, the tire will come out of the wheel well as it is steered hard left.

As it sits now, the front tire is set too deep and its outer threads looks like its positioned to scrape the rear running edges of the front well.

I hope I make sense to you.... I drive a car but not that versed with automotive terms....

You make perfect sense man, thanks for the feedback, i'll try to make the wheelarch even deeper and hope it will not look too cartoony haha

EDIT: I'm also going to try to make the wheelarch slightly bigger in diameter, maybe that'll help
