Here is an image I retouched...I'm getting into these lol.


Here's what I've done.


Removed blemishes and wrinkles
High Pass skin smooth
Smudged hair
Make up
Eye tint
Lighting

It looks too airbrushed for my tastes.

I got carried away with the task lol and lost focus. I was like a ninja with a spray can lol.

I do agree now I'm looking back at it. I will be more subtle with my next project.

Cool, and one last thing, maybe not so much contrast. It seems exaggerated.

I will only tell you about the lighting so long as you wont tell anyone else lol...

I use the colour #a58c33 and spray where I want the lighting and blend mode to overlay reducing opacity. Then a new layer I spray once with a huge brush using the same colour and blend mode again reduce opacity. Well, that's what I did for this piece.

I kinda went for a dramatic look as I may use the model in one of my manipulations....

But I guess I went slightly overboard lol.
