Restoration - Hand Tinting

I thought I'd share one of my more recent tints with everyone. I really do enjoy this more than most things in Photoshop it can really bring things back to life!!

you sure got the coloring right, not too saturated respecting the period photo was taken on.
i like the originals toning too, golden sepia kind.

Nice job Dom! Also, it may be a trick of my eyes, but I'm seeing a weird, dull red halo around the head and shoulders of both figures.

Thanks guys, appreciate the feedback. Yeah there is a slight colour difference around the subjects that I gave in a hope they would stand out more.

Both exelent in my humblest of opinions .My only small critique is From the sepia version I would think the uniform was one colour .Doesnt mean I am right though
