Resizing Wallpapers For Your Phone (is it possible) lol

Hey! So glad i found this forum & hopefully someone can help me out with my problem..

Firstly i have a galaxy note which the dimension for wallpaper is 800x1280 for a fixed wallpaper. Now i have several themed wallpapers that i want to fit my phones exact size and then continue with my theming but i can not get it right.

I am new to photoshop but it seemed so easy to import the image and then resize it but everytime it is never the correct size for my phone' even when the final image says 800x1280.

I also have the PSD files which i heard is better to use but still no luck. i am wondering if anybody can give me the correct instructions or even be kind enough to do them for me lol...i know i need to learn but photoshop is so confusing when i open it up.

WoW that was quick and thank you lol...do i need to upload the images or PSDs with a link cause the psd files are like 60mb each. are psd files better to work with? sorry i am so new to all of this

I think that's the phantom Lizard that runs around these parts, causing the problem. I caught quick glimpse of something from him lol
 
Put up an example of your images a bigger one and the size that you mentioned I believe it was 800 x 1280 what are the resolutions on the bigger images are they all 72
 
Two examples of the 2 out of 4 images that i wanted to be sized to 800x1280. i do have the 4 image PSDs uploaded to my dropbox.

Cannot understand thoe when i resize them and put them in my phone. they are not in place but my other wallpapers on my phone of that size work fine. Thanks Sir...

Yes, above images are in my phone and they say they are 1440x1280 not 1600x1280 so my mistake.

This is the link to one of the PSDs, when opened in photoshop it says 1440x1280 and my galaxy note says this also

what screen resolution is the phone? or what phone is it? sorry if i missed any crucial info
 
That dropbox link is a wallpaper that someone already resized for me but he said it took him over a hour to do! so since that one has been done for me i need someone who can do the other three i got lol i will pay them since its time consuming. i just want these wallpapers stored.

Be amazing if someone had a tutorial on doing this task then ill be able to get it right.

Anyone who can help me let me kno and ill give a link to the other psd that i need resizing.

Why you have to do like this kinda boring work. Just work on computer and take it into your mobile. I think that's the easy way.
