Resizing Help

I need to resize an image that is 1600 pixels by 1200 pixels to 198 by 286.
How do I do this without distorting the image?
 
You can't, that's the nature of resizing/distortion. The closest you can get without distortion is width: 264 by height: 198... or: width: 286 by height: 215.

My advice, choose which length is more important to you (width or height) and crop.

It's just mother nature and father physics ma man... no way around it. Good luck.
