Resize simple icon with blurring

Hi,

I'm trying to resize an image (which I can't post the link to because I'm new), which is a simple iPhone icon, to about twice it's size however when I do this it comes out really blurry. Is there anyway I can enlarge this and still maintain the integrity of the image?

Depends on original image size and quality, but any form of enlarging will reduce in some pixel degradation.

Didn't realize I could upload the image, thanks for the heads up. Image is uploaded in this message, just want to make it slightly bigger.

Why not just remake it with the pen tool and fill in with black?
