reset creative cloud ????

I had to do a system restore on my brand new machine due to some incompatability issues and within that restore it removed my fresh installation of creative cloud however when I reinstalled the desktop app it is saying all the programs are still installed and up to date. Well this is not the case there were some folders left over which I had to manually delete. Does anyone know how to force cc to rescan for apps and refresh or just allow me to reinstall ??
