Requesting adjustments on some wedding photos

Hi gurus and freelancers,

I recently had my wedding and the photographer engaged to take snaps did not do it right (photos are underexposed or overexposed). These photos were all taken from dawn onwards, in sunlight so should be quite clear, but I feel they are not. For example, the people in the photos tend to have very reddish skintone and the makeup applied faces appear as pale as ghouls.
These were taken in daytime but it looks as if they were taken at night! I remember that the photographer also had some extra light shining(totally unnecessary) but I could not tell him at that time, and he also does not know how to use adobe elements.

Since I do not know any photo technical terms, I can only explain it such. I would like to request modification of these photos(and some more). Could anyone please help me?

Hi ashreadsmanga, I think your wedding picture are very beautiful and colorful. The photographer set is flash on high power, to under expose the background but the people are expose correctly . I cant help you with that, some one here probably can.
