Request?

Hey guys,

First of all, thank you for even reading my post. I am a new photoshop user. I'm still learning the ropes. But I have to create a promotional flyer for the B.R.O. Project. They want it to be eye catching and to promote the project's mission. The Project's emphasis is the Children's Miracle Network (Helping local pediatric patients). I have been playing with things for along time, but nothing looks good.

It's for a good cause, and I'd be delighted if ANYONE could help me. I'm at a loss right now. I don't really have an eye for this yet.

I like both of these lots, maybe text in the first one, second looks good as is. Also, good on ya for what you're doing.

They told me they can't accept either, because they aren't "appealing to the eye". I don't know what to do...I'm blank on ideas.

Perhaps check out some of the stuff they have used in the past to get an idea of what they want. Sometimes with this type of thing it literally is who is looking at the images and also what frame of mind they are in. Take a look at their precious stuff and see where they are coming from maybe.
