I was trying to do a personal joke here, but my like of skills are stopping it. If anyone could help, I'd be thankful.
First I'm trying to merge the following two logos to form the word "MEON":



Then, if possible, to put this guy:

On a blue Tron suit next to Quorra

on a simillar background.

(this joke as to do with a work I must submit in university where I have to module a rip-off system of those two companiesm, so I'd figure it'd be pretty awesome to go all the way with a graphical presentation as well)
