I would have thought if the single was produced by ID Labs, they would have sorted this out, or there would have been a fund for creating the cover.
Was the person who was supposed to do it doing it for free, and if so why?
You could download the fonts from dafont.com, load the picture into Microsoft pain, and do it yourself if you wanted. It would probably be faster than waiting for somebody on here to this simple task.
