[REQUEST] - Should be easy for you guys

Ok, so I want to change this picture.
In the bottom of the circle there is some writing. I tried going over it in paint with the black color, but the

blacks were 2 different shades and it was noticeable.
Also, there is a strange greenish color that looks faded in the white part of the inner circle. I don't know if that

was created when I did a "invert colors" inside of paint or not.

If someone could fix it, that would be great. Thanks.

How did you do the clean up please, especially to a circle - i was going to post a ask in a new thread.

take original image create new layer use the elliptical marquee tool draw circle with it fill it with wgite in this case select the layer blending options and use a stroke rearrange the original layer with the original logo on back on top and if need be create a new background layer in white if you have no background
 
well thats how i do it anyway also Hoogle quick tip this is also a good methood for putting a plain boarder around a picture create new laye use the square marquee tool draw a square in the picture leaving just a cm boarder for example depending on picture site fill with white go to blending option choose stroke thickness and colour for example the use magic eraser to delete the white
 
actually scrap that last post that is using another bit of software my bad dont think it will work in photoshop
