Request photoshop Summer School of Transplantation medicine

We are organizing the summer school of transplantation medicine in groningen, The Netherlands and whilst designing the logo we encountered some problems. We found the following Keith Haring painting that was suitable for our purpose

Now I would like to ask a photoshop fanatic with some spare time if he could help us adjust this logo for our posters/tshirt. We would like to see the following changes: The orange background changed into white, if at all possible if you could enlarge the picture to a size that is sufficient to display on the front of a t-shirt without compromizing the integrity of the picture too much. Furthermore we would like to change the colour of the 2 people in the picture to green and red. And finally if you could insert a small heart (in the romantic shape not the anatomical) in the opposite colours into both people. This logo will be used internationally for our cause and we don't mind if you like to sign your creation, see it as free publicity.

You realize this will need to be redone 72 dpi isn't going to cut it

Hadn't even crossed my mind thanks guys for pointing this out this could've caused a lot of trouble down the road. "ibclare" what you said was actually my intention, I didn't choose thise picture because of Keith Haring but because of what it illustrates. Do you think it is possible to create something similar ?
 
Sounds great ! it doesn't have to win a price for arrtistry the most important part is that it illustrates internationality and transplantation which this painting seems ideal for
 
the silk screen print look (the colors going outside the edges) was on purpose, thought it looked good

well well, I'm sure it wasn't that much of an efford.
And I wouldn't call it useless as much.
He wants to steer the forum into an educating mode.
To help people to be able to make stuff.
Not to make stuff for people who don't want to learn how to do it themselves.
 
Can we stop with the 'freebie' comments - it is in this room because they do not wish to pay.
Apply if you wish but stop with the banter.
 
I posted this request on here because I don't have the skills to make it nor the time to learn it. It seemed to me like a great opportunity for a photoshop enthusiast to make something, that seems to me relatively easy to make. And then in return have their creation used in an international program which is renowned all over the world, and receives speakers from institutes such as Harvard and Stanford. I did not think my request was inappropriate seeing as I made my intentions very clear. I suppose I was mistaken, have fun being a tough guy on the internet.
 
So what you're saying is you're going to do these t-shirts for free, no profit involved. I know Harvard and Stanford neither one of them do anything for free on a global scale. It's a logo for a t-shrit, Why not contribute to a member of the forum if they help you?
These things do not just appear, it takes study and know how to complete. just like the t-shrit build. bet you're going to pay for those......... just saying. If one does it for free, so be it.
 
If even the people who possess the skills continue to work for free, thereby indicating their skills are of no value, is it any wonder that others would feel the same way.
