REQUEST - need help in cutting this image out please

was just wondering if someone could cut the bull out for me. i have asked the original owner for permission to use the image and they have let me however they have said they do not have the .psd for it

i do, but i am fairly new with photoshop. I have tried a couple of times to cut it and doesnt look that good. the edges are very jagged not smoth after i have cut it.

Okay, using the Quick Selection tool or Magic wand will result in the jagged edges. You need to use the Pen Tool to keep everything as smooth as possible.

Below is a short video on using this tool and also below is the finished article. Getting to know the Pen Tool in Photoshop would be a very wise thing to do. It has so many uses, especially for this type of simple cutting out.

This is just a basic intro into using the Pen Tool, Where I cut the line, I am pressing the 'Alt' key and then moving around the area I want to cut out. Once I have gone around an area I then kit the Ctrl+Enter keys to make my selection.

Here's the finished image. Try and get used to using the Pen Tool. It's uses can never be underestimated, it is your friend.

Edit to Add, Just noticed there's a very thin purple line around some of this image so it would need to be refined a little more.
