Request: Making an image normal after editing

Hi people. I have a small request for you guys. I've read the FAQ, and it didn't say if I could request someone to do something or not, so here I go.

If you guys have nothing to do, or would like to share me the experience to fix this problem, please do.

I have this image that I would like to edit to ''normal'' mode again. This picture is edited as you will see soon. And I have no idea how to fix it. I looked arround in Photoshop features but couldn't find anything.

The picture has been flattened only way your going to fix it is to replace pixel by pixel.....(repaint it)
