Request/help request to Patrick Nagel-ize a photo

Hello there! I was hoping somebody could either make, or help me make, or even provide tips on how I would make the below photo look like a Patrick Nagel print. I've tried a lot of things, but it did not end well - mostly because I have no idea what I'm doing. Also, if anybody feels like attempting this I'd be forever grateful, but will take whatever I can get. Thanks in advance! : )

Hello and welcome to PSG.

If you can suffer through this tutorial, it's a pretty good introduction into the process you will need to make the Nagel style photo.
Of course you will have to make some adjustments to match his style.
Be sure and turn your sound all the way down!
