Request for multi coloured abstract image and also a mixture of 2 logos for my blog

Hi all

I understand my thread title may not make much sense but i will describe what i want and then go into detail below

1. The background image i want is for a blog, it needs to be a mixture of these colours http://i2.aroq.com/1/aldi-lidl.jpg whatever is easiest for you to do is fine with me but the nearer it is to all those colours the better

2. I want a rectangular logo for the header of blog, could someone please create a logo with the name LIDALD and for the LID part of name try to make it similar to the text of the LIDL logo and for the ALD part of the name try to make it similar to the text of ALDI however if you are unable to achieve this i will appreciate the best you can do even if it just something basic i will like it

The blog is http://lidald.blogspot.co.uk and is a blog i am starting to specialise in reviews for grocery products they sell, it is not a blog i will be making any profit from, it is going to be a hobby where i will post random product reviews in my spare time which i have plenty of

I will appreciate anything you can make for me, and i hope everything i have requested is within the rules

Hi kevC and welcome to PSG.

PSG is basically a discussion forum. We certainly don't mind requests for free edits, but we prefer to guide and instruct new members on how to accomplish techniques or effects in Photoshop on their own.

There may be members here who are willing to help you out, but this may take a while so please be patient.

You also have the option of hiring a qualified PSG member/freelancer.

Hi IamSam and thanks for the reply, i do not mind waiting a while if it takes a couple of days or a week, like i say even if someone can just create something basic for me so my blog is not so bland looking and then i can customise the blog further and then start posting fully

As for hiring someone I am out of work and not in a financial position to be able to afford it

Well Blogger tells me to have a size of 1800 x 1600 to fill the background and under 300 kb but anything larger than 1800 x 1600 will also be fine i suppose

Looks the same or similar to the other ome but that is fine, i will use it for now but i would like the LIDL blue and l yellow mixed with the ALDI orange, maybe replace the green with yellow? I think that would be nice?

Do you know if any fonts exist that are similar to that of the font in the LIDL and ALDI logos? Maybe if someone made me a logo they could use the font and write LIDALD and then just apply a colour to the font like blue for LID and orange for ALD maybe

Crud! I guess I should have asked about the colors first! LOL! It's late and I'm out of it!

I will try again but it will have to be later. For now I have to hit the hay because I have to work tomorrow. Maybe someone will get to it sooner, if not I will certainly try to help you out!

I haven't read through all the posts to this point. I just wondered if this might be sort of what you mean. I haven't worked out the proportions until you say what they are. As for the font, if you go to dafont.com, you may find one you like.Let me or whomever know and we can download it.

PS: I just saw the post you made with the rainbow BG. We can use that one specifically or make one using the gradient tool in Photoshop if you give us the colors you want.

Thank you it looks great, i fear the yellow may appear very strong though however i love all the other colours, could you maybe stretch that box with the red border so it fills in where the yellow is but keeping all the borders?

Does that make sense, i fear not but it is a challenge trying to describe what i want

Just uploaded the logo to my blog, on my mobile on the mobile version of the blog the image is fine but on the desktop version it is massive:bustagut:

Also could you crop away the white background or border, the thing that surrounds the logo, if not that is fine as i can always use Pixlr Express to crop it
