Request for help

Hello,

I know I'm new and have no history and am appearing to just beg for help - but I can't change that. I'm hoping to get a picture changed around. Here's the picture:




What I'd like is to get the image changed so all the people in it look much fatter, and the word "Micros" is changed to "Macros". I have no idea how difficult this is but I'd really really love to get it.

I am planning to wear this in the world series of poker next week.
