{Request} Enhancement and recoloration

Good day to the executives of this design board. I rise today To beseach all members inasmuch as their capacity to assist with the recoloration of image b and the lightening of the skkin of the indiviidual in , sharpening and toning of the image noted as A. The Images for-mentioned are connected to this document and thus individuals wishing to undertake such a project , which i am quite greatfull and eccepting to aswell as for , are able to use to complete such task.

To be honest both images are really poor in quality mate, i did recolour the second image - but i only used the paint tool and three colours, very basic touch up for a very basic image.
