Being a discussion forum , we prefer to give out assistance on how to do this in Photoshop. Not saying noone here is willing to do this for you but it remains the decision of its members whether to do so or not.

Yup.. I have photoshop cs6

Unlock the background layer (dbl click it). Add a layer mask and paint with black over the background areas. If you make a mistake paint with white to fix it. Add a new layer under that one and put any background in you wish.
