Specific [Request] Background Change

Hi Everyone! Could you please help me prank my brother? So...he failed his exams so he won't be able to come with us to Japan and he really wanted to come.
I took one of his photos and I was wondering if you could you guys/gals change the background to Shibuya Japan (his fav place to visit). I already chose 3 possible background Images.

Is there a photo of the same location without the man's head in the way? I have no information on what is behind him, so I had to fill that area in with white sky and try my best to make it look natural. I don't think it came out too well though.

I just want my bother to look like as if his in Shibuya or around tokyo in General (cause he won't be coming with us cause of his failed grade)
