Specific replacing a head with someone else's head

Hey again everyone,

I was wondering if someone could please replace the head of the guy in the Victorian clothes with the other guy's head. I'm sorry for the size of the pictures.

Been staring at this since early this morning - finally got a chance to work on it.
Upscaled, sharpened, and swapped as requested. Adjusted color to match background and tone of image.
Returned as a png per your originals...
I'm getting far too obsessive...
