Removing background

Trying to remove background, or just make it the wood background without curtain, anyone willing to give it a shot, i tried clone tool, , "I own photo" its me, if anyone kindly has time, frustrating thanks in advance .

Here you go, your original background with a texture overlay added, i cut you out first then reapplied over the original.

The image you posted is so small that it will be difficult to do a really good extraction / background swap. At this size, it will also be useless to print, to scale up for web display at a larger size, etc.

If you post another version of that image that's at least 1000 pixels on the long dimension, people will likely give you a very nice result.

In the interim, here is the best I can do at this tiny size. There are two versions below:

a) a PNG with a transparent background - so you can drop in whatever background you want; and,

b) a normal jpg with a wood paneling background.

PS - If I was working on it seriously, I would trim back some of the fly-away hair that was a result of my quick extraction. LOL!

PPS - BTW, since this was just a little freebie project, I "cheated" and used a plugin to do the extraction: Virtus Fluid Mask. Total time about 15 seconds. ;-)
