Specific Removing a person and restoration

Hey, I might be asking the impossible here but I was wondering if anyone could remove the child being carried from this photo please? This is the only photograph I have of my grandparents together so it would be nice to have a copy where it's just the two of them.
I appreciate the quality is bad so any restoration would be amazing.
