Remove white & Black fringe no longe available in PS2022.?

Hi, in Photoshop CS6 under the layers or edit menu there used to be a "remove black Fringe" and also a "Remove White Fringe" menu item.

have they been eliminated in Photoshop 2022 or moved to a new menu or renamed.?

I used them all the time.

Do you mean.........Remove black matte or remove white matte? If so, no it has not been removed. It's under LAYER > MATTING
Defringe is also still there.
