Specific Remove water marks from a mirror and background removal?

Hey, I’m not sure how difficult this is, but just wondering whether the watermarks on the mirror can be removed in this photo?

It would also be great if the bathroom things in the background could be removed (the shower and the tray of items?).

Any edit with this would Be really really appreciated! Thank you

For the two areas I circled in green, are those water spots to be removed, or are they glitter makeup that needs to remain?

This is the best I can do. It's sometimes difficult to tell what's a water spot and what's a normal highlight. Let me know if you see any spots I missed.
This took a very long time to do, so I don't think I have the energy to tackle the other image you originally posted. But I hope you like this one.

Hey, I’ve just seen this - thank you so so much this is amazing!!! So grateful, I had kind of given up on the image
