Hi, the photo can be edited, but it would take a long time because the area to fill is huge. When such a large area is being filled with imagination, lots of things could go wrong, like lighting, shadows, continuation of image, etc. Hence, it could end up looking fake.
If you have another picture of the same scene next frame, or another picture of the background, you can expect a more realistic edit.
