Specific Remove the cars in the background

Can someone please remove the cars in the background and the stream of water and trash underneath?

Here, I attempted to remove one of the cars (through coverup), cleaned up the puddle under you and the third car that was partially visible. The car right behind you is kind of difficult to remove because a lot of data has to be manufactured when the car is taken out. If you have a pic of the same area without the car, then we know what is there.
