Specific Remove 'stains' and fix something

I edited this pic on lightroom, but I took it in front of a sunset and there are some kind of stains caused by the sun on the legs of the girl, could you fix this please ? There is also a kind of pleat on the bottom of the swimwear, if you could remove to it would be perfect.
