Specific Remove spots

Hello!
Can someone remove the spots from the top of this product?

In my opinion after a quick test, i think one option is first, desaturate the blue part, select the spots with color gamma selection and coorrect a the exposition, then create a layer with the color and blend mode set to overexpose.

Fast test result.

Here is my try. .psd attached so you can see what I did.
Fill selection with Blue. Set mode to Color.

I selected the top layer using Quick Selection tool, did a Ctrl+J to get it onto its own layer. I applied a Colour Balance Adjustment Layer and changed sliders in this way:
Cyan = -28
Magenta +37
Yellow = +91

The overall colour of the top layer of foams changed though. If this change is not an issue, this method works to reduce spots.
